The Qahwa
Our Story

A Coffee House Built onCraft, Culture & Hospitality.

The Qahwa was created to bring people together through thoughtfully roasted coffee, handcrafted drinks, and a café experience rooted in warmth, heritage, and care. We are not just a place to grab coffee — we are a modern coffee house built around ritual, quality, and hospitality.

01 · Where It Started

Coffee should feel personal.

The Qahwa began with a simple belief: coffee should feel personal. Not rushed. Not generic. Not treated like a transaction.

It should feel like hospitality — the kind that welcomes you in, remembers your drink, and turns a small daily ritual into something meaningful.

Inspired by the warmth of Middle Eastern coffee culture and shaped by a modern specialty coffee approach, The Qahwa was built to create a café experience that feels familiar, elevated, and deeply intentional.

02 · The Craft

Crafted fromthe bean up.

At The Qahwa, coffee does not begin at the register. It begins at the roastery.

We roast our own coffee, develop our own blends, and build flavor profiles specifically for the drinks we serve. Every espresso shot, signature latte, and cup of qahwa is connected to a deeper process of sourcing, roasting, blending, and refinement.

That control allows us to protect freshness, consistency, and flavor from the bean to the final cup.

The Journey

Source → Roast → Blend → Brew → Serve.

Five steps, one philosophy: protect the cup from green coffee to the moment it lands on the bar.

Pulled, steamed, finished by trained hands.

  5. 5

03 · Signature Drinks

Drinks with apoint of view.

Our menu is built around drinks people remember. From the Iced Biscoff Latte to our pistachio, tiramisu, knafeh, karak, and qahwa-inspired classics, every drink balances comfort, craft, and flavor — familiar ingredients elevated through better coffee, thoughtful recipes, and a stronger sense of identity.

04 · Hospitality

Hospitality isthe standard.

Not a slogan.

The Qahwa was built around more than drinks. A great café should make people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for — whether someone is stopping in before work, meeting a friend, studying late, or bringing family after dinner.

Our goal is to create a space that feels warm, consistent, and alive.

Hospitality shows up in how we greet guests, prepare drinks, train our teams, design our spaces, and protect the quality of every visit.

05 · Heritage

Rooted in heritage.Built for today.

The Qahwa draws inspiration from the deep coffee traditions of the Middle East — where coffee is tied to gathering, generosity, conversation, and ritual.

But our expression is modern.

We blend cultural warmth with contemporary café design, specialty coffee practices, and signature drinks made for today's guest. The result is a coffee experience that feels both familiar and new.

06 · The Platform

From café tocoffee brand.

As The Qahwa grows, our mission stays the same: protect the craft, elevate the experience, and build cafés that serve their communities with consistency and care.

With our own roasting program, proprietary blends, training systems, and supply ecosystem, The Qahwa is built to grow without losing what made it special.
